Clients agree to provide accurate, timely, and complete information required for services, review deliverables and provide feedback in a timely manner, comply with all applicable advertising laws, platform policies, and industry regulations, and maintain ownership or proper rights to any materials provided to Starke Marketing.
Starke Marketing is not responsible for delays or performance issues caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed client input.
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, designs, videos, and software, is the property of Starke Marketing or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any marketing materials created for clients remain subject to the terms of the applicable client agreement.
